Discharge Support
Following hospitalisation you may feel weak and less capable of managing at home. We can assess your needs and provide you with all the support you need to regain your strength and confidence. HSS Allied Health staff can provide you with equipment, exercises, education and assistance to manage at home with daily life.

Rehabilitation
Our Allied Health staff have experience and expertise in rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery such as knee and hip operations, or after a stroke or fall. They will tailor individualised exercise programs to maximize your recovery and will stay in touch throughout the rehabilitation process working closely with your specialist or doctor to ensure all your needs are met.

Mobility and Falls
There are times when our ability to move around safely is affected by illness, injury or age related conditions. Our Allied Health staff will assess your mobility problem and the safety of your home. They will identify any concerns and provide solutions to enable you to move around your home safely.

Domestic Support
Additional supportive services for a broad range of domestic chores and home help (i.e. cleaning, shopping, laundry, meal preparation) can be provided by our team of friendly experienced carers.
