Nursing Home in the Home

When the time comes where health is failing and the need for ongoing care starts to become a real issue, we can help. Turn your home or the home of a loved one into your own private nursing home - keeping all the lifestyle comforts.

Benefits

We will work with you to establish the level of care that is required for your circumstance and then deliver a premium service to ensure your loved one is well cared for, in the comfort they are accustomed to.

Complete Care

Our 'Nursing Home at home' care covers every aspect of care that you would receive within a nursing home – from nursing care and health monitoring, to complete 24 hour care including meal preparation, personal care, laundry, domestic duties and assisted outings. The level of assistance can be discussed and agreed before care commences.

Flexible Care

Ongoing communication and monitoring between you or your loved one, your GP and our health care team ensures that the appropriate level of care is in place at all times.

Continuity of Care

Continuity of care is an important part of our standard of care.  We will do our best to ensure you have familiar faces providing the care and becoming familiar with the way your loved one likes things done – if they like Sultana Bran for breakfast but without the sultanas, that is how it will be provided each morning, without the need for repeated requests!

Case Management

The healthcare team who visit your home work closely with our office based Case Managers who are all experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses. Case Management ensures that all aspects of care are brought together under the guidance of one experienced staff member.
There is a staff member available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss any queries or concerns you may have.

Prices & Packages

We don’t take the matter of your health lightly.  We ideally would like one of our senior Registered Nurses to come and meet with you to review your situation and discuss all the options available to you.

We can then give you an indication on the cost involved and if agreeable, set up a complete care plan for review.
